1969 Ford Talladega Prototype; Banjo Matthews Update

For once, I talked about the great work Jason Thompson and his father Clarence restoration work with Banjo Matthews Ford Talladgea prototypes. There is a red that was made just in time for 2010 Talladega reunification. This car will soon be featured in Muscle Car Review magazine. On the contrary, the white car is included in his "barn find" the situation in the show was held in conjunction with the Forge Muscle Car Show in Kingsport, TN.
It's red type at Resto duo Banjo Matthews won the car. (I do not think the cat was a factory option.)

It's the same car after our Super Heros reconstruction.
It is a white prototype Museum Floyd Garrett in the same condition as when taken. From there he went to the first Talladega family reunification, and then workshop the duo for a refreshing light.
After the reunion of Jason and Clarence White took the prototype back to his store with the intention to a full recovery to compare what they did for the red car. Some of us speak Superhero Resto-Duo, cool your heals and keep the car in original condition.

But it can be a good time to point out that the "original state" is a bit confusing cars like this. Since the pre-production prototype and used for different purposes, not unlike an old racing car, they have many possible configurations. After racing cars can be used for years, many riders and sponsors during this period. Often you can even several years of sheet metal attached to the chassis during this period. Well, the prototypes used for various design details, a photo shoot for a catalog or magazine, testing, and will often be painted different colors to the public believes that more than one car. Yes, that is what is supposed to be in good condition?

The first version? Most versions? What is the latest version? I think it was a restaurateur, what is their preferred version, or what is the most important historical?
We are a small track with, but our Super Heros I have a number of mechanical repairs, polished paint and added the missing sticker on the side and presto, a pretty cool car. According to our superhero duo have now decided to sit with a white prototype Banjo Matthews and enjoy for one year or so. The car is so perfect that it can not control, but unique, rare and in good condition to be satisfactorily demonstrated.
Look at these pictures before and after what the big difference with a number of competent effort to see.

You could see this car and some other unique surprises of the 2011 Talladega reunification, there!
If you're in a 1969 Ford Talladega, Mercury Cyclone Spoiler II and one or spoiler of these cars to race at Talladega this year's Family Reunion display. It is not something to judge on this show that for every vehicle in all conditions. People who love their own cars in any condition and it is a good place to learn more about them.
